Due to the continued restrictions on global postal services due to the COVID-19 pandemic, customers are experiencing delays to normal shipping times.
We are currently shipping orders 1-2 times a week, so processing time may take up to 5 working days. Some orders are arriving at destinations up to 2 months after orders have been shipped, but are eventually reaching their destinations! If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order, please select Tracked Shipping at checkout so that we can track your order. Please note that if you have selected Standard Shipping at checkout, we are unable to track the whereabouts of your order once it has been shipped. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to Import Duty and Taxes. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, according to your country's policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your SELON item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the parcel. No refunds may be issued after this date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include all the original packaging, as well as a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
